  • Health Guarantee
    The seller certifies that the pet is in good health at the time of sale. A veterinary health check has been completed confirmed vaccinated, dewormed, prior to sale.
    Buyer has 24 hours from the time of purchase to have the pet examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the pet is found to be ill, a written diagnosis must be provided to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Vaccinations & Veterinary Care
    A record of vaccinations and deworming is provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to continue appropriate veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and check-ups.

  • Return Policy
    Pets may only be returned within 2 Days for valid health or temperament concerns, accompanied by veterinary documentation. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, allergies, or landlord issues.

  • Responsibility of Ownership
    The buyer agrees to provide a loving, safe, and appropriate home, including regular food, water, exercise, grooming, and medical care. The seller is not responsible for costs incurred after the date of sale.

  • No Liability
    Once the pet leaves the seller’s premises, all liability and responsibility for the pet’s care and behavior transfer to the buyer.

  • Legal Compliance
    The buyer affirms that local laws and housing rules permit pet ownership and that they are of legal age (18+) to enter into this agreement.

Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing to welcome one of our puppies into your home! We strive to make the reservation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
1. First-Come, First-Serve Basis
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Puppies are reserved in the order in which deposits are received. This ensures fairness and helps us match puppies with families as they become available.
2. Reservation Deposit
To secure your chosen puppy, we require a refundable deposit. This deposit guarantees that the puppy will be held for you until the time of handover. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final purchase price of the puppy.
  • Deposit Amount: AED 1000
  • Refund Policy: The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled within 2 days before the handover date. Cancellations made after this period will result in a non-refundable deposit.
3. Confirmation of Reservation
Once your deposit is received, we will send a confirmation email with details about your puppy’s status, expected handover date, and any necessary next steps. At this point, your puppy is officially reserved!
4. Puppy Viewing
We offer the option of a video call viewing for you to meet your puppy before making your final decision. You can book a video call at a convenient time to see your puppy and ask any questions.
  • If you prefer an in-person visit, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
5. Final Payment and Handover
The final payment for the puppy must be made before the scheduled handover. We will provide you with payment instructions and confirm the date and location for you to pick up your puppy.
6. Handover and Transition
The handover will take place on a date agreed upon in advance. Our goal is to ensure that the transition into your home is as smooth as possible for both you and the puppy.
  • We will provide you with guidance on caring for your new puppy, including feeding schedules, vaccinations, and initial training tips.
7. Additional Information
If you have any specific preferences or requests regarding your puppy (e.g., personality traits, size, or color), please let us know during the reservation process. While we cannot guarantee specific traits, we will do our best to match your family with the right puppy.

Our puppies come from top-notch, ethically sourced bloodlines, and their health and safety are our utmost priority. We’ve implemented strict protocols regarding puppy viewings.
 

Viewing Policy Options:

 
Option 1: Video Call
Viewing (Preferred & Free)
We offer live video call viewings for you to meet the puppies virtually in real time. This ensures zero stress or exposure for the puppies while allowing you to ask questions and interact with them.
Option 2: In-Person Viewing (Reservation Deposit Required)
We allow limited and pre-scheduled in-person viewings only for genuinely interested buyers, subject to availability.
To book a slot:
• A refundable deposit of 1000 AED is required (deducted from the final price if purchase is made).
• You will be asked to sanitize and follow hygiene protocols before entering.
• Only 1–2 visitors per session allowed to reduce risk.
• No physical handling of puppies is allowed unless confirmed safe by our in-house specialist.
